GARMC October Meeting
The October GARMC monthly meeting is this weekend, Sunday, October 15th at Cherokee Cattle Company.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We’ll have a lot to talk about at the October meeting!
It is coming time of the year to consider GARMC Officer Positions!!!! If you are interested in running for a club officer position, nominations will be held during the October monthly meeting with voting to take place at the November meeting. Positions are self nominated (you cannot nominate other members). If you have any questions or interest in being a club officer, please contact Paul Serota.
But more importantly, we’ll be handling the Calvary Baptist Children’s Home Christmas Tree at this meeting!
For those of you not familiar with this, Calvary Baptist Children’s Home provides us with a Christmas wish list from the youth in their charge. Paula Lawson puts together a Christmas tree with the children’s names and items from their wish list for club members to pick from the tree. We’ll then caravan to the Calvary Baptist Children’s Home on Saturday, December 16th to hand out Christmas presents to the children! All of this will be discussed at this weekend’s meeting!
Please park in the upper lot. The meeting is from 3PM to 4PM, but members are encourage to show up earlier to eat, socialize, and check out the cars!
